Feeling anxious over here... My friend that I trained in at work is thinking of taking a second job or leaving this current one entirely when she knew that we needed her for when my baby comes. unfortunately for her as of now that means she doesn't get many hours and won't get more until I take maternity leave. I don't plan on doing so until I go into labor. if she leaves now then we have to find another person to train in and that's not a whole lot of time to find someone, train them, and have them work comfortably on their own.

Why does this have to happen now?

edit- I've told her that hours will pick up for her when the times comes for my son to be born and after. I'm certainly not going back to full time right away when I have my baby to think about and care for.

I can't believe it My cousin stayed with me rent free from September 2015 to April 2016 and her stuff is still in my apartment. She's been saying she was going to come get her stuff for months. She text me this morning saying that she was going to come and get her stuff soon, and I asked her if I could have her air mattress. She tried to charge me $60 for it. The air mattress sells new for $35 on amazon and she didn't even pay $60 for it. I didn't respond and she just text me saying the $60 was for a microwave she bought me and her air mattress. When she got the microwave, it was a gift. Then when my son was in the hospital from October to January out of town, I was going to get my internet service turned off until I returned home. My cousin was doing school work online, so I paid for it while I was away so she could use it. I'm trying to figure out a response to her. ?
