Mommy friends could really use some advise!!!! I fell pretty hard on my side yesterday and today my whole side and hip is killing me and part of my abdomen not sure if I should call my ob to make him aware that I fell or what I should do...

Definitely call!!! falling is a big deal when pregnant especially if your in pain. I hope everything works out good luck.

So called my ob they said as long as I'm feeling him move and no blood or cramping I should be fine just to keep them posted on anything to happen!!!

Yes call them they will check to make sure everything is ok with baby.

That's a little scary to me. My cousin fell while pregnant. Got checked and the doctor said her and baby were fine. Went into labor a week later spent a month in the hospital. Then baby was born 2months early with lots of respiratory issues. So that would make me paranoid. It's a good thing your further along you should be fine. Try and take it easy rest up as much as you can.
