Okay ladies, I need advice.. I am 46 days pp & had unprotected sex. I dont start my birth control until tonight. Should I start it or wait & take a test in a few weeks? I'm probably over thinking everything, but better safe than sorry.

You should wait to start your birth control. Because like forever223 said your extremely fertile right now. Take a test in a two weeks before starting.

You're extremely fertile right now.. I'd wait and test before starting the birth control. Until then, unless you want to get pregnant, just practice safe sex. I got pregnant right away after having my first thinking I couldn't get pregnant since I was pumping, but now have a set of Irish twins :) lol.
