@ahauge6, people say kids sleep better with it ... I have seen people say they wrap it around the ankle then put footie Jammie's on them . Not sure if I would be comfortable with that but worth a shot

You basically just put it on them! And it works idk how but it does lol. My baby still had a fever and didn't wanna eat for a day or so but he was happy
