how can i cure this bad sunburn on my shoulders??? i swear i sprayed myself with sunscreen protector. and now i cannot even move! :(

take some tylenol, sunburn usually causes some minor swelling too, so tylenol will help
I take a really hot shower as soon as I get out of the sun. I don't even look to see if I got burnt because then I act like a big baby about it and won't want to take a hot shower. Lol
Like @cbe2016 said a hot shower (it'll hurt but takes the sting out) than put some cold aloe on it. You can put aloe in the fridge and the cools of the aloe feels good

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

We were at Lincoln Park pool today for 2 hrs and I put on 110 spf and I'm still burned :'( aloe gel works great. they've got cooling spray with lidocaine in it too, it is really good for painful sunburn.
