So im 32 weeks and labor has really been running the my mind as i get closer n closer and i been reading a lot on epidurals and i think i made up my mind on not getting one .. Does anyone reccomend a diffrent method ? Or anyone gone completely natural with no medication ? I just feel like if ur medicated u dont get to experience the birth of your baby cause ur all drugged up ... Idk im a first time mom so idk what to think or do when it comes down to it im actually scared but excited at the same time aha

I got an epidural with my son but as soon as his head was crowning they turned it off so by the time he was actually born I didn't have any medication going into me so I never really got the drugged-up feeling. But my daughter, she came so fast that I didn't have time for an epidural and it really wasn't that bad but she was only 2.9 pounds.
I had both my girls all natural. No meds at all. I would definitely recommend this bc I personally feel it is best for the baby too since they don't get any drugs either. I will say that it is extremely painful, but as soon as baby is out, you don't care about the pain. I'm personally scared of epidurals. Ultimately it's up to you. Good luck!

Im a first time mom sooo I worry a lot. I'm extremely nervous for my appt on the 14th. i will be about 15-16 weeks and im scared. Idk if my baby is ok....if im eating the right stuff...I haven't been to the gym...i sometimes sleep on my stomach....and i get headaches and stomach pains and still feel faintish (prob not a word). Idk i just have to many questions and im scared. Can anyone ease my mind lol
So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

Is anyone else really scared or freaked out about labor? Idk what's more scary. The pain or my bf and my mom seeing me spread eagle with a baby coming out of me. I worry about it all the time and the closer it gets the more anxiety I feel about the whole thing
