Tylenol is a pain reducer and fever reducer.. ibuprofen is the anti inflammatory..but you can't take that. why would you take Tylenol for a sinus infection? take benadryl and regular strength robitussin.

I'm talking about Tylenol for my headache not my sinus infection should have made myself clear on what I was talking about @jojobear0819

oh lol. I was gonna say, I work in the medical field. that made no sense to me. but after 6hours you can take it again.

Are you taking the Tylenol sinus pills? Because those always work for me when I have a sinus infection. They're red,green, and white capsules
