One side usually works better than the other. When I pump I normally get up to and oz and s half less from my left side. They say to nurse from both sides to make sure the baby is getting enough

same here, have you tried a different his for the right side? my LO generally prefers the football hold vs cross cradle. as far as the burning tugging feeling, i tried coconut oil and out helped a bit. but got better on its own
