Has anyone been able to successfully pump and feed instead of actually latching their baby on? the nurses have mentioned it as a backup plan since I'm having so many issues with getting him to latch and then staying latched without destroying my nipples and I was wondering if it was possible to do that successfully in place of latching....
If you're referring to the post asking about the foremilk/hindmilk imbalance that is a very good question, and one that I unfortunately don't know the answer to :/. Now I'm interested though and I'm gonna ask my LC when I can, but if you can get in touch with a lactation consultant and get the answer before me then please let me know
@aydans.mommy, @annasmomma12 @emkasting I have so many questions about pumping. I just made a long post could any of you read it and answer my questions? or give me any advice?
That's what I'm doing now, my baby was in the NICU for almost 3 weeks and he got used to the bottle so now when I try to put him to breast he gets super super frustrated and most of the time won't latch. So I pump and give him a bottle and it seems to work great!
it definitely works, my son wouldn't latch so I pumped for him.... I have also talked to women who pumped for over a year
Anna wouldn't latch after we left the hospital so I had to pump for ten months until my milk finally dried up
I have that issues with him breastfeeding so I pump and feed him successfully...it is a lot of work but worth it since all he's eaten is breastmilk

We have a baby who’s latching with the nipple shield!!😍😍😍🙌🏼🤞🏼

Have any of you mommy's successfully increased your milk supply with these ?? 😀
warning I don't want its not safe opinions I want opinions of moms who successfully did what I'm about to ask. lol but my question is have any of you moms successfully brought on your labor at 37 plus weeks??? because I want to try starting this weekend.
has anyone successfully boosted their supply with fenugreek? what else have you tried? what works?
Does a child having sucking blisters mean poor latch??😩😞
@aydans.mommy, I think I put it under breastfeeding. I tried to tag you in it
