Opinions on crib bumpers?

Thanks ladies for your feedback! 😊 got into it with my husband's stepmom last night about this lol

For both my boys 5 almost 6 yrs and 4 years I had the regular bumper. But I never had issues with their faces being smashed up on it to where they can't breathe. Honestly there is always something new as to why your baby can die or be I. danger. I think its how things are put together and just watching your baby. Anyways I did get the breathable one this time for my baby. Since its warm where I live and he's another summer baby.

I have one in my son's crib. He rolls a lot and without it he'd be hitting his little head.

I had one in my first crib but I'd always move it out of the way so I could see her so really it was pointless

I have a bumper in my daughter's crib.

I thought about it but decided against it
