I need advice on breastfeeding. I seem to have the latch down has lactation consultants say I do but there extremely beaten up. they look like some cut pieces out of them, they're sore and I need advice. I use lanolin constantly.

i don't have to use any of that with my other kids. I used the lanolin but I was told he best thing is to leave your bra off and let them get some breathing room and basically air. it did wonders for me

Yes definately, its hard in the first couple weeks. I remember crying, the soreness, and bleeding. It took a couple weeks to heal, but it did. The heating pads will help, just use after each feeding, they were such a relief for me
