So tonight I could not get Phillip to go to sleep for the life of me. My SO tried and he couldn't get him either. I tried nursing him, letting him play a little to get some energy out, gave him teething tablets because I thought that could be the reason, and then and hour later, gave him some Tylenol. Nothing worked. Finally at 12 my SO decided to try and give him some real food. He GOBBLED it down. It literally looked like we had been starving the poor child, yet I've been giving him his normal daily amount...we even upped the amount to three servings a day plus a snack since he turned 8 months old. Could he be going through a growth spurt?? Has this happened to anyone else? And why wouldn't he want to nurse more? 🤔
