will the doctor do a membrane sweep at 38 weeks and has it worked for any of u mamas on here? i rly cant do this…

Every dr is different. My dr won't do it at all as he feels it's "inhumane", nor will he do anything or consider any sort of induction prior to 39 weeks unless medically necessary

ughhh, i just am so huge, im only 5 '1, this belly makes it so hard for me to get around and im auper swollen, my first son came at 37 weeks, im miserable @kingme07

My daughter went to 42 weeks and I had one membrane sweep and that was enough for me. I found it to be really painful

42 weeks?!! omg no! i wont make it lol, this baby is probably too huge already, i will find out this week, i will accept the membrane sweep pain tho lol @ceeasquared

I also went to 42 weeks with my first 2, despite membrane sweeps!

yeah, dont know if its me being impatient but i just have this feeling that this one will hang in longer lol
