my lower back has been hurting all night and all day and i feel like i have to poop but i can't. my mucus plug started coming out yesterday with no blood but I called my doctor and she said it was normal. I haven't seen anymore of my plug since and I don't think it's labor because it's way too soon. what the fuck is happening.
