anyone deal with panic disorder before they got pregnant?? I was taking kpin and now I can't take it anymore, so far my panic attacks are very small and controllable but idk how to deal with them. what did you guys do?

I got put on zoloft for anxiety. I also took magnesium when I got the attacks to calm myself. my doctor told me I can take 200 mg 3 times a day if needed
mine just happen randomly. :/ I'll be talking to my doc tomorrow.
I have anxiety and had more attacks during the early part of my pregnancy. I haven't had any since but that'd also because I haven't been in a situation that one could happen since.
Anyway, talk to your Dr. If yours get bad enough, you may put stress on your baby. Certain techniques may help prevent them from building up.
