I'm going to my parents for father's day in a little bit and idk if I should tell them I'm pregnant or not. I was going to keep it a secret until I was obviously showing. I lost my daughter at 37 weeks so you can understand why I wouldn't want to tell anyone really. but my dad is my person and I feel like I need to tell him. what should I do?

I lost my baby at 5 weeks and 3 days. I miscarried on Valentine's Day and my husband and son didn't handle it well at all. I'm pregnant again and was afraid to tell anyone but I did a big reveal on Friday, our early Father's Day, and everyone is so happy. Yes, anything can happen at any point and everyone will be devastated, but right now is a joyous moment and I didn't want to keep the joy from those that I love any longer. Now that everyone knows we can share in the joy and happiness and I have full support instead of being pregnant with all the worries alone. Do what makes you feel comfortable. You'll know the right time in your heart to tell others. 😌
I would tell him if you feel like you need to. I miscarried in March, and am 7 weeks now. We told our family's and a couple close friends. We will wait until 12 weeks to announce it to everyone else. Having my family's support, especially my mom's, has really been a big help.
