What is the best diaper rash cream that works the fastest

Aquaphor, but instead of using the the baby aquaphor (white creme) I use the regular aquaphor (clear creme). For my baby it worked wonders.

Maybe Boudreaux's butt paste. My sister uses that on her kids and I know she really likes it, but I've never tried it.
