Freaking out. I'm 31 weeks, I went on vacation today to the water park, didn't go on anything just sat in the kiddie pool, well I'm having horrible contractions so bad that I'm bent over crying. I'm out of state, I'm seeing maybe it's just Braxton hicks from me walking around in the heat all day. It's been going on for about 20 mins. Pray for me because I'm really scared I'm going to go into preterm labor😭

when you're out in the sun you have to drink way more water than you normally do. I'm sorry you're in so much pain. wishing you the best.
I was all day and did when we got back to the hotel I ate a good dinner I don't get it😭
some times when you go to the lake or pools we forget to drink water because we are in the water. i had it happen to me last summer with my son, take a bath and drink alot of water!
drink lots of water, could be from dehydration.
I slept for about a half hour and back up with contractions then followed by diarrhea, like I said I can't walk and barley stand when they come 😭
