Had plans on a natural birth and ended up getting an epidural. I was not happy about it! I was in so much pain it was making me sick. I needed the epidural and did not want to admit it. I'm proud I made it to a 5 before I got one. I was handling well. I'm just glad babygirl is here and extra healthy! She had the biggest umbilical cord any of the healthcare team had seen! Lol they said she was eating good.
Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
Will I get another ultrasound before she is born ? I'm 31 weeks .. I have only had 2 ultrasounds 😔
Okay who had an epidural? I'm bein induced on Friday if she don't come the next 2 days and I don't believe I can handle the pain
Anybody had a child birth with no epidural? I really want to have my baby with no epidural.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@babydiehl2016, thank you. I was shame at first but now I'm glad I did. I probably could've made things worse if I didn't do it.
