Anyone know what kind of rash this is? It's under her neck?

looks like heat rash? or maybe irritation from milk or drool that gets under there.. maybe try using a wet wipe after lo is done eating!

I only bathed him often if he got too hot after being out and about all day to cool him off. I try not to take him out since it's been so hot lately and cool the car down first if I have to.

I read not to put lotion on it because it can block the pores making it worse and bathing them too often will only dry out their skin. I wiped him down daily with just a baby wipe to keep his skin clean. Just make sure not to put any clothing or blankets on her making her too hot. My son runs really hot so I just keep him in a onesie and only cover him up at night. I was worried he'd be cold so I'd swaddle him but it was making it worse. Not a whole lot you can do but keep baby cool and it will go away in a couple days. :) @mommyof2beautys

looks like a heat rash. try a bath twice a day and apply lotion plenty of time throughout the day and it should go away

looks like when my son had heat rash. I could be wrong though.
