Is anybody else not opening their gifts during the shower, or have you not? If so, did it still go over well and all that or did people get mad about it? I really don't like having a lot of attention drawn to me and I really don't want to open anything during the shower but my mom and best friend who are hosting it keep saying "well then you shouldn't be having a shower if you don't want to open everything while you're there." Even at birthday parties when I was younger, I just didn't like it.

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.

For those of you who are done having kids, did you just like know or what? We have two kids. Ds is going to be 4 on the 30th and I just had dd Feb 6th. My fiance says he doesn't want anymore. As of now, I don't feel like I want anymore either but I honestly don't know. I've always wanted three kids. We are still young (I'm 21, and he's 22) I'm no where near even thinking about having another at the moment. I really wanna get settled in life with good income and a nice home bef...

For those of you only wanting one child do you worry about them missing out on not having siblings? I really think I just want my daughter and no more. I don't want her to feel like she's missing out on a brother or sister.

I can completely understand why you wouldn't want to. people getting the same things or thinking they should have gotten something better or bigger. it's completely up to you though! it's YOUR shower not hers. do what YOU want to do. you aren't supposed to please everyone, do what you are comfortable with
