Yes, you can have a slow leak of amniotic fluid.

If you lay down on your back for 30 minutes then stand up, there should be a "gush" of fluid that leaks. You should try holding it in when you do this, if it comes out while you're still holding, it is amniotic fluid. That holding in method only works for pee and discharge.

That's to check if you're already with a broken water sack. Walking, sex, nipple stimulating, red raspberry tea, EPO, bouncing on a ball are all ways to move it along.

Some women swear by eating spicy foods or pineapple too. Sex is not recommended to speed up labor if your water has already broken though, it can cause infection.

My boyfriend went super fast on the train track bumps and as soon as i got home my water broke and i started to get contractions Lol Make sure that as sooon as your water breaks call L&D or go to L&D cause you can catch an infection easily and it can harm your baby

My water didnt break completely. i felt like i had pees myself a little and when i smelled my undies sorry tmi Lol its had a sweet smell to it thats how i knew it was my water

@mxvii.980, @mommakaz well nothing has leaked out of me and i havent lost my mucus plug . they said my baby is measuring small sp ive had like 3 anatomy scans and hes healthy but still small so im thinking maybe his size could be the reason my water isnt breaking

No momma i dont think his size has anything to do with it.. i was measuring small as well and the drs were concerned of his size so they would always do ultrasound to check his size but he was healthy as well. When i had him he weight 6lbs & 3.5ounces. Have alot of sex if you want your baby out already. I lost my plug a day after me and my bf had alot of sex, sorry tmi again, that same day that i lost my plug at night i was getting constant contractions 2-3 minutes apart but i wasnt dilated yet when i went to L&D and thats when my bf went thru the train tracks super fast and the car flee from the floor a little lol thats when as i got home i was throwing up and i felt pee and when i checked it was my water.

Yeah momma dont worry too much about his size he's probably gonna be a small 6lb baby just like my baby, but the dr also said that my baby was super healthy and all. Are you small in size? that could be it too thats why ur baby is small i didnt start to show untill i turned 30 weeks . But yeah dont be scared to have sex try doing it rough it doesnt harm the baby, yout bf might feel like hes poking something but dont worry it's normal Lol.
