I know this has nothing to do with conceiving but having a anaphylaxis from a allergic reaction to mushrooms takes alot out of ya. haven't had one in 3 years and all the time I go out I forgot my epipen.

I usually do but I have 1 pen and it expired like 2 years ago so I don't think it would of worked
