lol I had sweet cravings with my first and now with this one I'm into spicy foods really spicy so my mum thinks it's a boy and coke and fizzy isn't all that appeling to me only thing that is fizzy wise is lemonade😍 other than that it's water and juice and I eat veg and fruit as I've always done lol xxx @winterbaby95

I ate chocolate and sweets almost everyday too...in the first trimester the fizzy/sour sweets helped with nausea xx I also ate lots of fruit and veg :)

I drank coke every few days after 20 weeks because I suddenly wanted it even though I hated the stuff lol xx

I have an extremely rare illness and to shock my body I have to drink sugary drinks and tablets. I was told by my midwives, GP and consultant that your absolutely fine having a can of monster or red bull everyday and your fine having a couple of cokes a day! xx

I still have he odd one after a night shift :) xx

I wouldn't , I used to have lucozade and it made my baby kick so much that it worried me x

Your allowed upto 200mg of caffeine a day and that's how much is on a can of red bull, so one. Just means little to no chocolate or other foods containing caffeine, I'd occasionally go over tho, instead of 2 coffees I'd have 3 for example x

I've seriously considering it @tam77 and @courtniegeexo mine told me only half because the caffeine in rockstars is high but thanks xxx
