can't sleep ugh. is it safe to still have fun even if my mucus plug already came out?

Ohhhh okay ! Well . Just be safe and have fun (: you can always go in to get checked just in case . For some reason my OB told me that a mucus plug didn't exist . But I swear I've lost pieces of mine
