Ok. So my boyfriend's mom has been down on her luck and we let her move in with us. Shes been here for about a year now and is a belligerent drunk most nights, refuses to get a job, stolen from us, called my OBGYN to try to get info on my pregnancy because i dont want her involved in it, taken our car causing $150 in damages, and sold our crib while we were out of town because she didnt like the color. I want her out and so does my boyfriend and we dont want her in our sons life either. We told her she needs to leave but she will be homeless if she does and no one will take her in for more than 3 days. Im so fed up! What should we do!?

I would check with police or something. in pa, if someone has lived in someone else's house for over 30 days, they have "squatters rights", meaning they can stay no matter what you do and you have to legally evict them -.- get rid of her though :/ sounds like trouble

sadly, I would kick her out! it isn't your guys responsibility to take care of her or make sure she is safe!
