Okay serious question....
Is there anyone that gives their 2/3 year old Melatonin to help them sleep? I'm thinking about trying it out but I don't want to feel like I am drugging my kid!
I wouldnt, but that's just me. it makes the body dependent on the pills and it stops producing it on it's own like the body should and will lead to further sleep problems
Sleep schedules change a lot for kids especially when they're learning, developing and growing so fast!
Is your child up all night or just a wonky schedule? Have you tried other things like warm milk before bed? Shutting tv/phone/tablet off an hour before bed? Reading to help sleep? I wouldn't recommend it for a young child but definitely talk to your child's Doctor!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
my son is now 7 and has been taking it since he was two but he has severe adhd and it just helps him calm down alittle so he can sleep better cause he would wake up so wild and cranky and stay that way all day
