my prenatal vitamins make vomit no matter what time I take. I stopped taking them for a week but I feel guilty so I'm trying a new brand this week...
Is there anyone here who doesnt take prenatals? I feel like I'm the only one. I dont take it because I end up throwing it up. And it doesnt make me feel good at all. I stopped taking them around week 7 week 8 and now that I'm almost 15 weeks, I'm feeling way better. I would have morning sickness everyday... now its hardly. I feel like a bad mom already but I'm eating healthy well plenty and drinking lots of water. Can someone ease me? I've heard of moms not taking them and having a perfectly healthy baby.

I don't know how many times I've seen this on here but I would really like to make it clear that it takes about 5 or more weeks of being pregnant before you actually know you're pregnant...

Have you tried taking it with food?? My boyfriend bought me some prenatal gummies and they don't make me nauseous at all.

I have, it makes it worse. I haven't tried the gummies yet. My doctor didn't recommend those for me.

I take the gummies too and they don't make me sick! The ones my doctor told me to get made me VERY sick.

I couldn't take them for the first 14 weeks as I was constantly sick. Once I started to get over the all day sickness I started taking mine every night right before I went to sleep and have been okay! Good luck!

I was taking the gummies during my morning sickness. They lack iron and calcium but better than nothing

I couldn't take them with either of my pregnancies and I also breastfed! My son is fine and my daughter is growing healthily in there 😊

Try at night. I'm not a big fan of my prenatals the doctor gave me but they only cost 85 cents with my insurance so I can't complain. In the beginning I tried everything with them...taking them with different liquids, foods, at different times, etc. the only thing that helped was taking them at night because I'm sleeping so I don't realize they make me feel bad (or at least they once did)

when I take the at night the nausea keeps me awake for hours... never has this issue with my previous pregnancies.
