@rissa1901, I was told I needed to lower my anxiety meds towards the end so I have been but obviously I'm getting nervous about delivery so my anxiety is getting worse. I just hope I'm okay at the hospital and don't freak out 😑

When I found out I was pregnant I got off my meds myself and been trying my hardest my whole pregnancy to control my anxiety . I feel the same way I'm scared for delivery and hope I don't freak out neither. I have anxiety bad and panic disorder etc. @lilahsmommy

It wasn't easy at all :/ n now it's towards the end and it's been going crazy I'm suppose to get a c section Tuesday talk about anxiety. I think you'll be okay @lilahsmommy
