I need help!!! My joints (im assuming thats what the problem is) hurt so bad for example i cant open my arm all the way or i get sharp pains coming from my elbow and bend my knees they hurt so bad 😭 what is causing this and what can i do to help it hurts sooo bad 😭😭😭

Mine hurt when I'm dehydrated. Are you drinking plenty of water? You should drink more then recommend since you need more fluids in the summer time.
