so this is my first time seriously pumping.all the other times were to get going and it wasnt even 2ml.
is this a good amount for each boob for the first pump.did 20 mins. each side.

Yes try in the shower though when the water is hitting the heat helps milk production it opens your I call them milk holes lol
i was massaging the whole time and it helped a lot!lol.thank you!
