well the nurse practitioner is a bitch. just lectured me about how much weight I've gained and treated me like I should be ashamed of myself.
I've only gained 30lbs, yea that's a lot but no reason to make me feel like a fat pregnant woman..
That's crazy I gained 47 with my pregnancy and my Dr didn't say anything. She must just want to be a bitch
smh I hate when they act as if it's that big of a deal they r not the ones that have to deal with it once baby is born.
yep! that's how a lot of nurses are. im still at my pre weight and wasn't anywhere close to being overweight. I lost a ton of weight in first trimester. ive gained ten pounds back and the nurse is worried.
just do what you feel is right and eat what you can. it'll come off after the baby. maybe your nurse I jealous of you and secretly is holding a grudge lol.
she was so rude my doctor never complains but the one time I see her and the doctor is out, I get a lecture like I should be ashamed of myself for letting myself get this way. @taishasavage
my nurse got mad that I gained 10 pounds at 25 weeks almost. she stressed that diabetes and other health complications arise when you gain weight too rapidly. I understand that but also everyone gains differently and as long as you are eating healthy then your baby will be ok. indulging is ok every once in a while. she always says dont eat for two, you only need 200 extra calories.
nurses can be very rude sometimes
girl kick her ass ive gained 30 lbs as well but the doctor and nurse's werent like that if i were you i would talk to your doctor next time they are not allowed to tell you anything
