If possible, put your hands and feet in warm/hot water and a cold compress on your neck.. It helps for most types of headaches. Also peppermint oil on your temples or back of neck. Tylenol is the only "safe" over the counter drug they recommend but it never works for me so I had to figure out other ways to relieve some pain.
