Depends on your dr if they let you. Some will but you have to sign a paper saying you wont sue if anything goes wrong. Some drs wont just because your body sometimes wont go into labor on its own. My friend whose due the same day I am is trying really hard to go into labor on her own after her son being an emergency c seaction but shes not progressing or dilating and they have actaully scheduled her for a c seaction on monday if her son doesnt come this weekend. Youll just have to talk to your dr about all the pros and cons of it and decide whats best for you.

I wouldn't let them do it they did it to my cousin and they broke the baby neck and they did it to one of my mother friend and the baby cord got around the baby neck and the baby die I rather just get the c section and know my kid is safe

they acted like it was totally harmless and scheduled me one for Wednesday..

No my son was frank breach it can put a strain on you and the baby either way you have the baby that day tell them you want a scheduled c section you will be awake and its a lot safer

@kaidens_mommy, I had it done with one of my babies - twice. I am 5'2". I was 95 pounds when I got pregnant. At 40 weeks pregnant the doctor kept saying my baby was head down. I knew he wasn't. She did an ultrasound to prove me wrong and saw he was breech. She used the ultrasound and manually coached him to head down position. About two days later he was back breech and she did it a second time. She estimated him to be around seven pounds at the time. I was induced the next day which was a Friday morning and had him Sunday evening. My seven pound baby was really ten pounds nine ounces! He was perfectly fine, it didn't hurt me. It didn't hurt him. I can't say nothing will go wrong but it didn't with me
