did you know women who gg more sleep and rest through out the day tend to have the easiest birth and the ones who hardley sleep have to hardest births .

@kelseylynn504, the night before I had her I had contractions all night and didn't get any sleep, like at all, then I only got an hour or two nap before I started pushing at the hospital.

ooooh ya chicka you gotta get more sleep that just sounds painful

@kelseylynn504, the only reason I got the epidural was so I could get a nap in cause if I was too exhausted to push I would have had to have a c section.

I was in labor for four days and still only pushed for 20 minutes. hardest 20 minutes of my life seeing as how I had to push out my water sac cause it never broke and she was a preemie so harder to get out. I went all natural

That's one of my fears.. I do not wanna be pushing my daughter out that long! 😨

@mommys.girl, it was seriously so exhausting. I started pushing a little before 5 pm and had her at 9:49 pm.

I was in labor for 24 hours and pushed for 2 1/2 hours until the decided the baby was to big and had an emergency c section

I only pushed for maybe 10 minutes. I was in labor from 10am to 3:33pm
