38 weeks now... Absolutely terrified just waiting for my water to break. Can't sleep. Having nightmares every day/night. Pretty much every time I fall asleep. And when I'm awake I constantly worry / have terrible anxiety.. :( first baby. So scared

I'm in the same exact boat, 38 weeks today and it's all I think about all the time. I'm so nervous.

every time I have a contraction I feel like I have to poop or pee. Sometimes both 😩 is this Normal ??

Short Luteal Phase?
