hot water with a spoon of honey and a squeeze of lemon then drink it, like a lemsip except you can't have lemsips :( drink plenty of water too. your body can't work at its optimal if you are dehydrated. Hope you feel better soon xXx

Plenty of vicks and steam to clear it all out, i spent hours sitting in the bathroom with the shower on to steam myself
