welcome I know it's hard the first time around or even after years from having another child but timing is the key also look out for other things like the bloody show and leaking or water breakong
honestly I think everyone and every pregnancy the contractions are different my first started in my sides just a dull achy pain then got stronger my daughter's was my belly got real tight on top and the pain shot down to my pelvic bone and hips the only good way to know is by timing then if they are constant and have a pattern then what you are feeling is probably contractions. alot of people say it feels like period cramps but I have never had those so when I was a ftm it was hard to know what they were one thing is for sure real contractions don't go away when you start labor they get worse and become closer and closer in time
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Why is everyone having contractions but not me 😢😢😢😢
Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
What do contractions feel like?

Contractions are getting crazy strong! Anything over 80 is considered a "strong" contraction. The ones I'm having are hitting 160+ !
Mine literally felt like my body was ripping in half. Like my entire girls parts were about to come flying out of me. It's a pain that you'll know when you feel it.
