so because I'm putting my child's father on child support and giving the baby my last name..he doesn't want to give me full custody..smh...I'm thinking about not telling him when I have the baby so that his name doesn't go on the birth certificate..but that would make me a bitch wouldn't it? smh... ughhh... I so fucking hate him right now!!

@ileanasmami0625, that's not true. they do not automatically get their fathers last name. not in florida atleast. He will have to file for a name change and the only thing they will do is hyphenate the name.

I don't think that's fully correct because my nephews father pays child support and does not have his fathers last name..but I do see what your saying.. to be honest ..I just rather not have him in my life at all to be honest... at this moment..I can not kill him with kindness..I'm not strong enough.. Once you put him on child support the baby automatically gets his last name and his name goes on the certificate. With child support you will be the custodial parent and he will be the non custodial parent. You have full custody but he also has rights until he fully signs them over. Don't know your situation but in my experience be the bigger person, and kill him with kindness. You don't wanna second guess or question yourself about a decision you made while being mad/upset.
You shouldn't let him, but I know it's a hard decision. It'll be a smack in the face for him and maybe that's what he needs
I didn't let my baby daddy know when his son was born. He left me when I was like 14 weeks and hadn't spoke to me at all until he knew I was about to have him so I didn't tell him and now my son has my name :) ... And he left us again lol but it's for the better
You dont have have to put him on the birth certificate even if he's there. All that is up to you mama! your mom.

If you're not married he can't sign unless you say so. Whether he is there or not. Plus, you fill all the paper work out when you go into labor so if he comes later he wouldn't know

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
@ileanasmami0625, just wanted to give you a heads up so you're not misinformed. Also, in florida child support and custody (family court) are two different things. If he goes for visitation they will make him pay but if he goes for child support then he will still need to file for custody seperately. Also, if he doesn't sign the birth certificate he will need to pay for a Paternity test.
