I'm so annoyed. But this is an annoyance that has been bubbling for a long time, 17 months to be exact give or take a couple days. I'm a working mother of 1 and I've currently been living with my parents until my fiancé and I get our finances together to move in some odd months (THANK GOD THATS HAPPENING FINALLY). Don't get me wrong I appreciate the fact that my mother watches my daughter when I work (and only when I work because she doesn't believe in me and hubby having alone time and honestly I'd rather have my daughter with us than any more prolonged contact with her grand parents anyways) but don't put yourself as her mother or her father when you're not. And don't blatantly disrespect me in front of my child either. Like literally just now he (my supposed father) tells my daughter "that is your mama" referencing to my mother as I was walking up the stairs to get her clothes for bath time. I turned around and looked at him like "are you serious" he saw and just looked down. Then as I'm coming down the stairs I hear him say to my mother "when I said that she turned and looked at me" and he starts laughing. My mother does the same things he does.
I seriously can not wait for hubby and I to move. We're leaving and not ever visiting because the lack of respect for the both of us as parents, the comments said both to us and behind our backs about our parenting and just about us in general, the blatant disregard for the schedules and nutritional plan we work hard to keep her on has been and continues to be disgusting. Ok end of ranting 😪😪
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
