How much weight did y'all gain I'm 7 months and gained 20.5

I gained 6 in total 👀 35 weeks idk how or why

I've gotten more active I walk a mile everyday and I on the 31st I weighed 134.3 and now I weigh 140 I don't eat much and starte drinking water but my feet an knees swell so bad I think it may be water weight maybe@sumria

I'm 6 months and gained 15, my doctor said to only gain 25.
