When you get induced are you supposed to stop eating at a certain point beforehand?

Except after a certain point I didn't even want to eat I was hurting too much

I was induced because of high blood pressure and the hospital actually served me full meals up until I got the epidural
they told me to eat a big meal before going to the hospital cuz after that u get nothing but ice chips
My advice eat while you can cuz once your hooked up there's no more eating till that baby comes @kitsune-mama
