any mommies have good birth control recommendations that don't mess up breast feeding ?  and I can't take the pill or the shot so what's everyone's favorite ? I need to decide in 3 weeks. thanks in advance !

I can't do the pills bc they make me really sick, my Dr is recommending the mirena or another form of IUD.  I wanna be able to get pregnant again late next year so I'm not wanting to do the arm bar or anything like that. I'm just unsure of what has side effects that are manageable @kaitrack23 @brynden.nicholle.0716 @sabreycastro1996

i as well as many others have gotten pregnant on the progesterone only pill. idk how it affects breast feeding

I took ortho micronor in pill form. it was a progestin only pill, and didn't affect breastfeeding at all. Maybe try either an IUD that is progestin only or the Implanon if you can't do pills.
