My son will be turning 4 months.. Considering starting solids. Do you start with like rice and then go to baby foods? Wait till 6 months?

I started my son on rice cereal at 3 months in his night time bottle. Started veggies at 4 months. Fruits at 5 months and now on stage 2 with food at 6 months
My son's almost six months and we're gonna start with baby oatmeal because it is packed with iron, increases their RBC!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
