This is seriously tmi but here we go, am severely constipated. I have always had a problem with constipation, but now it is just out of control. And now finally after 3 weeks of having trouble it was trying to come out but it seemd stuck, I tried my best not to strain but I had to bc I had the urge to get it out and I finally did. but wtf! I never went through that ever in my life I neeed somee kinda fiber vitamins asap. I am seriously sweating, I pray I didn't hurt anything.....

Talk to your dr before getting on anything even vitamins. It could be something bigger than what vitamins can do for you.

I have ibs...its not treatable. I have had this problem all my life. Just not this severe. The prenatal vitamins made it worse. @talbottgirl

I say still talk to your drs about it. My dr told me probiotics are safe and I had to get on them because my prenatals were destroying my stomach.

I had to get an enema at the ER because I was impacted but I called my dr first to make sure it was okay. Then she told me about Senokot and I used that before and it worked for me, but I also tried miralax Metamucil and nothing worked for me. Now I drink tons of apple juice and water and I have a bowel movement everyday

@mother.of.angels, yeah please do because I use to go weeks without having a BM but that little mixture helped me out a lot
