@kingdamari, just let baby continue to latch- even if you dont think baby is getting anything your body will produce what is necessary... ask for a breast pump from the hospital and try to pump every hour between feedings with baby

Ohhhh well ask to talk to a lactation consultant but definitely put him to breast. It's going to take a little bit of time for your milk to come in but whatever you're giving him right now will be good for him.

Drink a bunch of water. Eat oatmeal. Try to not drink anything caffeinated and relax. Out baby to breast frequently and it will help boost supply. Your little one is a week old right? Baby needs to frequently eat. It will be a constant thing but just keep it up and I guarantee it will get easier.
