so I measure perfectly to the day every time I go to my check ups. But they go by the first day of your last period so how does that work? does this mean I got pregnant right after my period when I ovulated?

they didn't change my date and I knew when I conceived cause I was tracking ovulation. they just went by my LMP

@ksetz, if that date matches up with your last mentrual period that's how they usually do it. They go off a normal 28 cycle but not everyone is the same.
