well last night I ended up going to hospital due to the extremely painful back pain and stomach tightening they had me hooked up to monitor and said I was without a doubt having contractions and dilated to a bit over a 1 they said it was early stage of prelabor and since it wasn't progressing like they wanted they sent me home, well this morning I've literally not been able to stay away from the toilet and still having intense back pain and have passed a few pieces of what I believe to be the plug this crap is painful i wish if she's trying to make her appearance it would happen already this never ending backpain seriously sucks

Have you tried a bath? That usually helps with my back pain or a heating pad. I hope you feel better soon!

I know how you feel! I'm over the daily contractions and not being able to get comfortable! Thankfully we aren't that far away from the end!

thank you @anessafraga I hope so to I've practically been living in the bathtub for past 2 days and that is for sure @soon2bmomof3 this stuff is no joke it sucks i just got off phone with my nurse and she's talking to my Dr to see what I should do and they are supposed to call me back hopefully soon

i went in for the same reason and was only 1 1/2cm dilated. they sent me home and four hours later i was back by ambulance screaming in pain. my child was in distress and I ended up having to go into emergency surgery. my son had swallowed the meconium and has ended up having to stay in the hospital until Saturday. he was born 5 days ago.

so i would be careful. you dont want to get to the hospital in active labor.

my nurse just called and wants me to come in to make sure baby and me are ok at 3:40 today she said if there are any cervical changes I will be sent to l&d immediately I'm so sorry to hear what you and your little one went through this pain is terrible I wouldn't wish it on anyone I hope you and your little one are recovering well and prayers for fast and easy healing
