it really depends on the doctors you go through. so consider 38 weeks to be full term but others like mine consider 37 to be full term. 32 weeks pregnant is eight months and 46 weeks is mine months.

I know my doctor considers 38 weeks and 5 days to be full term

For your due date they count the full 40 weeks or 38 weeks? @abw716
