Question, I took my little girl's temperature with one of those forehead thermometers. I hold it one way and it says 99.5, another way says 100.5, so obviously she has a fever. I'm giving her a small bottle with Tylenol in it to bring it down. She's not throwing up, but definitely didn't want to wake up this morning. Should I call the doctor or see if fever goes down with the medicine?

Whoa, that's way off, what was wrong with your little guy at that time? Did he have any more symptoms? @taybugg40
I had the same problem. One time it would be 98.5 then be at 100.2 then back down. I took to hospital anyway and they took his temp rectal and it was 103!! So if your worried I would try rectal. It's more accurate. After that happened to me I threw away my forehead one.

No, it's not runny. She passed gas in her sleep and it sounded like it would be, but her diaper was clean.
Also if cheeks are rosey definitely a sign of teething
Technically it's not a fever until it reaches over 102. My son's doctor told me babies usually have a higher temp than adults. 99.8 is about average for babies and adults 97.8 is average.
Depending on how many teeth she has it could be molars or a bigger tooth that's coming in
That's a very low fever i don't think you need the doctor. Probably teething. How's the poop? Is it runny?
